NCLT, Chennai Bench Sanctions Scheme of Amalgamation for Indo National Ltd on March 10, 2026

Indo National Ltd has announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench ('NCLT') has pronounced the Order for sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation between Helios Strategic Systems Limited ('the Transferor Company') and Indo National Limited ('the Transferee Company') and their respective shareholders and creditors as envisaged under Section 230-232 of Companies Act, 2013 read with Rules made thereunder on March 10, 2026. The copy of the Order is presently awaited. Upon receipt of the same, the Company shall duly intimate the Stock Exchanges. The Scheme shall become effective upon filing of the certified copy of the Order with the Registrar of Companies, Chennai.
