INDO SMC Appoints Sunil Mulchandani as Secretarial Auditor

INDO SMC Ltd. has appointed M/s. Sunil Mulchandani & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from F.Y. 2025-26 until F.Y. 2029-30. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on May 19, 2026, and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Sunil A. Mulchandani, the proprietor, has over 11 years of experience and is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
