INDO SMC Ltd Appoints New Executive Director and CFO

INDO SMC Ltd announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting on September 4, 2026. Mr. Chaitanya Patel has been appointed as an Executive Director for a three-year term, subject to member approval. The company also accepted the resignation of Mr. Neel Niteshbhai Shah as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and appointed Mr. Anand Santosh Saraogi as the new CFO and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). Additionally, M/s Vishal Khokhar & Associates and M/s Kishore Kumar & Co. have been appointed as Internal Auditors and Cost Auditors, respectively, for the financial year 2026-27.
