INDO SMC Ltd: Board Approves Director Appointment, New CFO

INDO SMC Ltd's Board of Directors met on September 4, 2026, approving key management changes. Mr. Chaitanya Patel was appointed as an Executive Director for three years, subject to member approval. The board also accepted the resignation of Mr. Neel Niteshbhai Shah as CFO and appointed Mr. Anand Santosh Saraogi as the new CFO and Key Managerial Personnel. Additionally, M/s Vishal Khokhar & Associates were appointed as Internal Auditors and M/s Kishore Kumar & Co. as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27.
