INDO SMC Ltd: CFO Resigns, Executive Director Appointed

INDO SMC Ltd announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting on September 4, 2026. Mr. Neel Niteshbhai Shah resigned as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) due to an inability to devote sufficient time. Concurrently, Mr. Anand Santosh Saraogi was appointed as the new CFO and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP).
