Indo Tech Transformers: Audited Results for FY26

Indo-Tech Transformers Limited approved audited financial results (standalone) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, in its board meeting held on May 20, 2026. ASA & Associates LLP issued an unmodified opinion on the audited financial results. The board also approved the appointment of M/s. K. Suryanarayanan, Cost Accountants, as Cost Auditors and M/s. G. Balu Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee were also re-constituted.
