Indo Thai Securities: 60,500 Warrants Lapse, ₹7.56 Lakh Forfeited

Indo Thai Securities Ltd announced the lapse of 60,500 convertible warrants and the forfeiture of the initial 25% subscription amount. These warrants were part of a preferential allotment of 14,60,000 warrants made on January 14, 2025, at an issue price of Rs. 500 per warrant (revised to Rs. 50 after a stock split). Due to the non-exercise of the conversion option by certain allottees for 60,500 warrants within the 18-month period, the Preferential Allotment Committee approved the forfeiture of the 25% upfront amount, totaling Rs. 7,56,250, and the cancellation of these warrants. This decision was made on July 14, 2026, in compliance with SEBI regulations.
