Indo Thai Securities Allots ₹2.35 Cr NCDs

Indo Thai Securities Ltd has approved the allotment of 235 Secured, Redeemable, Unlisted, Unrated, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) with a face value of ₹1,00,000 each, aggregating to ₹2,35,00,000 (₹2.35 Crore) under Tranche-I. This allotment is part of a larger fund-raising exercise through the issuance of NCDs on a private placement basis. The NCDs have a tenure of 370 or 1101 days, with a coupon rate of 9.50% or 9.90% per annum, payable quarterly or annually. The securities are unlisted and carry a floating charge over the company's shares and investments.
