Indo Thai Securities Fixes Record Date for Dividend

Indo Thai Securities Ltd has announced that Friday, September 11, 2026, has been fixed as the Record Date for determining the entitlement of members to receive dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend, if declared at the upcoming 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Saturday, September 19, 2026, will be paid within 30 days of declaration, subject to tax deductions. The same date, September 11, 2026, is also the cut-off date for remote e-voting and for determining members for the AGM.
