Indokem Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 31, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Asha M. Khatau as a Non-Executive Director, who retires by rotation. The board also approved the appointment of M/s. Y. S. Gokhale & Associates as the Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27.
