Indokem Ltd. Approves Q3 and Nine Months Financial Results for 2025, Reopens Manufacturing Unit After Compliance

Indokem Ltd. has approved the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. The company's manufacturing unit in Chikhloli MIDC, Ambernath, which was temporarily closed by the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB), has been permitted to restart production activities. The Board also noted that there has been no material financial impact on account of the temporary closure of the plant during the intervening period. Additionally, the Board has approved a revision in remuneration for Mr. Manish Mahendra Khatau, Whole Time Director of the Company, for the period commencing from 1st April 2026 till 28th February 2027, subject to shareholder approval in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
