Indokem Ltd Board Approves Unaudited Financial Results for Q1 FY27

Indokem Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 31, 2026, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board also approved the appointment of M/s. Y. S. Gokhale & Associates as Cost Auditors for FY27, re-appointed Mrs. Asha M. Khatau as Non-Executive Director, and appointed Mrs. Samita Tanksale as Scrutinizer for the upcoming 60th AGM. The Annual Report for FY26, including the Notice of AGM, Directors' Report, Corporate Governance Report, and Management Discussion and Analysis Report, was also approved. The 60th AGM is scheduled for September 24, 2026, via VC/OAVM, with the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books closed from September 18 to September 24, 2026.
