Indong Tea Company: MD Steps Down, New MD Appointed

Indong Tea Company Ltd announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting on August 28, 2026. Shri Hariram Garg will voluntarily step down as Managing Director due to health reasons, effective September 28, 2026. He will continue as Chairman & Executive Director from October 1, 2026. Shri Rajesh Garg, currently a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, has been appointed as the new Managing Director for a five-year term starting September 28, 2026. Additionally, Shri Akhil Kumar Manglik's re-appointment as a Non-Executive Independent Director for another five-year term, commencing February 4, 2027, was approved.
