Indosolar Appoints New CFO, Independent Director; Approves FY26 Results

Indosolar Ltd announced key management changes and the approval of its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company appointed Mr. Abhishek Pareek as Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Nilesh Bhogilal Gandhi as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, both effective April 20, 2026. The Board also approved the standalone audited financial results for FY26 and appointed M/s Mahajan & Aihara Chartered Accountant LLP as internal auditors and M/s N Ritesh and Associates as cost auditors for FY27.
