Indosolar Board Approves FY26 Audited Results, Appoints New Director & CFO

Indosolar Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on April 20, 2026, approved the standalone audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Nilesh Bhogilal Gandhi as an additional Non-Executive Independent Director and Mr. Abhishek Pareek as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, both effective April 20, 2026. Additionally, the company appointed M/s Mahajan & Aihara Chartered Accountant LLP as internal auditors and M/s N Ritesh and Associates as cost auditors for the financial year 2026-2027.
