Indosolar Q2 FY27 Revenue Down 23% to ₹155.59 Cr

Indosolar Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. Revenue from operations for Q2 FY27 stood at ₹155.59 Crores, a decrease of 23.19% compared to ₹202.55 Crores in Q2 FY26. Operating EBITDA for the quarter was ₹14.82 Crores, down significantly from ₹70.73 Crores year-on-year. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter was ₹5.02 Crores, a sharp decline of 89.17% from ₹46.34 Crores in the same period last year. Module production also saw a dip to 148 MW from 244 MW. The company cited an evolving regulatory landscape, geopolitical uncertainty, elevated raw material costs, and lower capacity utilization across the solar manufacturing industry as contributing factors. The proposed amalgamation with Waaree Energies was highlighted as a strategic milestone.
