Indosolar Reappoints Internal and Cost Auditors for FY27

Indosolar Ltd announced the reappointment of M/s Mahajan & Aihara Chartered Accountant LLP as its internal auditor and M/s N Ritesh and Associates as its cost auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The decisions were approved by the Board of Directors on April 20, 2026. The company also approved its standalone audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, and appointed Mr. Nilesh Bhogilal Gandhi as an additional independent director and Mr. Abhishek Pareek as Chief Financial Officer.
