Indostar AIF Registration Certificate Cancelled by SEBI

Indostar Capital Finance Ltd. announced that SEBI has cancelled the certificate of registration of IndoStar Recurring Return Credit Fund, a Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF), effective May 22, 2026. Indostar acted as the Sponsor, and IndoStar Asset Advisory Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, was the Investment Manager. The cancellation was due to the non-filing of quarterly activity reports by the AIF. The company states that the AIF was inoperative since inception and the cancellation has no material impact.
