Indostar Credit Fund's AIF Registration Cancelled by SEBI

The cancellation was due to non-filing of quarterly activity reports by the AIF. IndoStar Asset Advisory Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, acted as the Investment Manager for the AIF. The company states that the AIF had remained inoperative since inception and the cancellation has no material impact on the company. No penalty has been imposed on the company.
