Bluegod Entertainment Ltd Sells 'Roti, Kapda Aur Internet' Film Rights for ₹ 12 Crore

Bluegod Entertainment Ltd has assigned/sold the theatrical and OTT exploitation rights of its film titled 'Roti, Kapda Aur Internet' to Omega Interactive Technologies Limited for a total consideration of ₹ 12 Crore. The agreement was made between Bluegod Entertainment Limited, represented by Nitin Ashok Kumar Khanna, and Omega Interactive Technologies Limited. The purpose of the assignment was for the sale/assignment of film rights for theatrical and OTT release.
