Bluegod Entertainment to alter Object Clause for expansion

Bluegod Entertainment's Board of Directors has approved the alteration of the company's Memorandum of Association (MOA) to incorporate new sub-clauses in its Main Objects. This strategic change is designed to support the company's expansion plans and is subject to shareholder approval via a postal ballot process. The proposed amendments will significantly broaden the company's scope to include dealing in sports equipment, operating sports and wellness clubs, engaging in the hospitality sector (hotels, restaurants, food services), and venturing into agriculture, including cultivation, farming, livestock management, processing, and trading of agricultural products and inputs. The company also plans to establish agricultural R&D facilities.
