The company has submitted its Annual Report for FY 2025-26, which includes the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report. Key agenda items include the adoption of audited financial statements for FY 2025-26, declaration of a final dividend of ₹1.5 per equity share, appointment of a director, and authorization for the Board to fix the statutory auditor's remuneration for FY 2026-27.
