Indraprastha Medical Corporation Ltd has announced that its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026, via Video Conferencing and Other Audio-Visual Means. The cut-off date for determining eligible members to vote or attend the AGM has been set as Friday, September 18, 2026. Additionally, the record date for the declaration of a dividend for the financial year 2025-26 is also Friday, September 18, 2026.
