Indraprastha Medical Corp. to hold 38th AGM on Sep 24 via VC

Indraprastha Medical Corporation Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 6, 2026, approved convening the 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 24, 2026, through video conferencing. The board also considered and approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report. A record date of September 18, 2026, was fixed for determining dividend entitlement for FY2025-26 and for the AGM. Additionally, M/s Devarajan Swaminathan and Co. were re-appointed as Cost Auditors for FY2026-27.
