The AGM, originally due by September 30, 2026, will now be held by November 30, 2026. The extension was granted due to ongoing capital restructuring plans, including a Rights Issue, which require multiple statutory and regulatory approvals. The exact date of the AGM within the extended period will be finalized by the Board of Directors.
