Indrayani Biotech Postpones Rights Issue Schedule Indefinitely

Indrayani Biotech Limited has announced the postponement of its partly paid-up Rights Issue schedule. The Rights Issue Committee, in a meeting held on June 22, 2026, decided to postpone the issue, which was initially set to open on May 27, 2026, and subsequently extended to July 24, 2026. The new opening and closing dates will be communicated separately once finalized. The terms related to the offer price and rights entitlement ratio remain unchanged. Updated issue documents will be available on the BSE and company websites upon finalization of the revised schedule.
