Indus Infra Trust has announced a record date of August 10, 2026, for the distribution of ₹3.55 per unit to its unitholders. This distribution comprises ₹2.38 per unit as interest and ₹1.17 per unit as a return of capital. The distribution will be paid on or before August 17, 2026. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors of GR Highways Investment Manager Private Limited, the Trust's investment manager, during a meeting held on August 5, 2026.
