Indus Infra Trust to Acquire GR Ujjain Badnawar, GR Bilaspur Urga, and GR Ena Kim Expressway for Rs. 1,495.82 Cr, Rs. 2,177.97 Cr, and Rs. 904.14 Cr Respectively

Indus Infra Trust has approved the acquisition of GR Ujjain Badnawar Highway Private Limited (GUBHPL), GR Bilaspur Urga Highway Private Limited (GBUHPL), and GR Ena Kim Expressway Private Limited (GEKEPL) from G R Infraprojects Limited. The acquisition is considered a related party transaction, but it is being done at arm's length. The total enterprise value for the acquisition is approximately Rs. 9,192 million for GBUHPL, Rs. 12,972 million for GEKEPL, and Rs. 4,838 million for GUBHPL. The acquisition is in line with the investment strategy of Indus Infra Trust and is expected to be yield accretive to unitholders, ensuring stable distribution and increasing the weighted average life of the InvIT by approximately 0.74 years. The completion of the acquisition is subject to customary conditions and the receipt of relevant statutory/other approvals.
