Indus Infra Trust has informed the Exchange about the proposed acquisition of Expressway Private Limited, and GR Ujjain Badnawar Highway Private Limited from G R Infraprojects Limited. The Trust has uploaded the Valuation Report of GR Bilaspur Urga Highway Private Limited, GR Ena Kim Expressway Private Limited, and GR Ujjain Badnawar Highway Private Limited on its website. The valuation report was issued by Valuer of the Trust, Mr. S. Sundararaman. The proposed transaction is subject to the terms of Right of First Offer Agreement entered between the Trust and the seller.
