Indus Towers: Registrar's Corporate Office Shifts

Indus Towers Limited has announced that its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), KFin Technologies Limited, will be shifting its Corporate Office effective December 01, 2026. The new office will be located at Selenium Tower B, Plot No. 31 & 32, South Tower, Rajapushpa Financial District, Nanakramguda, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad - 500075, Telangana. The existing corporate office address is Selenium Tower B, Plot No. 31 & 32, 6%, 231, 24t and 25" Floor, West Avenue, Survey No.115, Kokapet, Hyderabad - 500032, Telangana. There is no change in the Registered Office address of the RTA. This is a routine administrative update for record-keeping purposes.
