Indusind Bank Appoints Three New Directors at AGM

IndusInd Bank Limited announced at its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on August 27, 2026, the approval of the appointment of three new directors. Ms. Mini Ipe has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for four years, effective August 3, 2026. Mr. Ganesh Sankaran and Mr. Jagdeep Mallareddy have been appointed as Whole-time Directors, designated as Executive Directors and Key Managerial Personnel, for three years, effective August 4, 2026.
