Indusind Bank Ltd Announces Resignation of Head of Global Markets Group and Appointment of New Head

Indusind Bank Ltd has announced the resignation of Mr. Siddharth Banerjee, Head of Global Markets Group and Senior Management Personnel, due to personal reasons, effective March 23, 2026. The bank has also announced the appointment of Mr. Vasudeva Konda as the new Head of Global Markets Group and designated him as Senior Management Personnel, also with effect from March 23, 2026. Mr. Konda holds a PGDM from IIM Kolkata and a B Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras. He has over 26 years of experience in Treasury and Risk management, having spent 22 years in Treasury and the last 4 years in Risk at ICICI Bank. In the last 4 years, he has transitioned to a leadership role within the Risk Management Group, heading Enterprise Risk, ICAAP and Basel Risk analytics. The bank has disclosed this information in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
