Industrial Investment Trust Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27

Industrial Investment Trust Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will be effective from July 1, 2026. The trading window will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of the standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. All designated persons and their immediate relatives have been informed not to trade in the company's equity shares during this period. The date of the board meeting to approve these financial results will be communicated separately.
