IITL Projects Limited Terminates Share Purchase Agreement with Medanta Real Estate Private Limited

Industrial Investment Trust Ltd has announced the termination of a Share Purchase Agreement between IITL Projects Limited, Capital Infraprojects Private Limited and Medanta Real Estate Private Limited. The agreement, originally executed on January 17, 2025, was for the sale of 4,00,880 Preference shares held by IITL Projects Limited in Capital Infraprojects Private Limited. The validity of the agreement was extended till June 30, 2025, and was mutually terminated by resolution passed through circulation on June 26, 2025.
