Industrial Investment Trust Ltd Announces Buyback of Equity Shares

Industrial Investment Trust Limited (IITL) has announced a buyback of up to 16,66,667 equity shares, representing 7.39% of its total equity share capital as of March 31, 2026. The buyback will be conducted on a proportionate basis through the tender offer route at a price of ₹150 per share. The total buyback size is capped at ₹25,00,00,050.
