Asgard Alcobev Limited, formerly known as Banganga Paper Industries Limited, has announced a strategic manufacturing agreement between its subsidiary CMJ Breweries Private Limited and Brews & Bliss LLP, an authorized partner of Mohan Meakin Limited. This partnership aims to recreate the magic of the iconic Golden Eagle Beers of Mohan Meakin Limited in the North East Region, with CMJ Breweries manufacturing and distributing the Golden Eagle portfolio exclusively for the entire NE zone and Bhutan. The agreement is expected to strengthen the presence and availability of Golden Eagle Beers across the North East and select neighboring markets, while providing large economic benefits for both partners, consumers, and shareholders.
