Banganga Paper Industries Ltd: Appointment of New Directors and Managing Director

Banganga Paper Industries Ltd, now known as ASGARD ALCOBEV IUMITED, announced the appointment of several new directors during a board meeting held on March 19, 2026. Mr. Ronak Jain was appointed as Additional Director (Executive, Non-Independent) and Managing Director (Executive Director), subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Priyanka Jain was appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent). Mr. Binit Singhania was appointed as Additional Director (Finance Director) (Executive, Non-Independent) and Chief Financial Officer. The appointments are in accordance with Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
