This amendment allows the company to expand its business into the manufacturing, processing, and trading of various types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The company will also establish, acquire, operate, and manage breweries, distilleries, wineries, bottling plants, blending units, cold storage facilities, and allied infrastructure. Furthermore, Banganga Paper Industries Ltd will venture into the hospitality, retail, and distribution business, including setting up bars, lounges, tasting rooms, retail outlets, and e-commerce platforms for the sale and promotion of its products. This expansion is subject to applicable laws and regulatory approvals.
