Ronak Jain & Others have acquired shares of Banganga Paper Industries Ltd (formerly known as Asgard Alcobev Limited) through an Off-market purchase in accordance with a Share Purchase Agreement. The total number of Equity Shares acquired by Ronak Jain, Mrs. Sarita Jain, Mrs. Priyanka Jain, M/s. K K Impex and Trading Private Limited, Mr. Karan Jain, Ms. Karishma Rohit Jain and Mrs. Radhika Karan Jain is 18,56,29,680 Equity Shares, which amounts to 59.59% of the total share capital of the company. This acquisition also includes 2,20,00,000 warrants.
