Jimson Kharkongor Acquires 6.68% Stake in Banganga Paper Industries Ltd via Preferential Allotment

According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Jimson Kharkongor has acquired a 6.68% stake in Banganga Paper Industries Ltd (formerly known as Asgard Alcobev Limited). The acquisition was made through a preferential issue. The total number of equity shares held by Jimson Kharkongor before the acquisition was 2,06,89,655, which is 6.68% of the total equity share capital and 6.23% of the total voting capital. Post-acquisition, the total number of equity shares held by Jimson Kharkongor is 30,98,62,917, which is 9.19% of the total equity share capital and 8.72% of the total voting capital. The total diluted share capital of the company after the acquisition is 33,18,62,917, which is 10.01% of the total equity share capital.
