Infinity Infoway Ltd Secures 5-Year Contract Worth Rs. 1.45 Crores Per Year from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalay Bhopal

Infinity Infoway Ltd has signed an Education Software Service Agreement with Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, a State Government funded public university. The contract, worth approximately 1.45 Crores per year, is for software, management and processing of Pre & Post Examination. The contract tenure is 5 years and is extendable under certain conditions. The contract does not result in any change in the general character or nature of business and is not expected to have any material financial or strategic impact on the Company. However, the contract value represents around 10% of the Company’s latest audited turnover.
