Info Edge: 31st AGM Notice & FY26 Annual Report; ₹3.60 Final Dividend

Info Edge (India) Ltd announced its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 5:30 P.M. IST via Video Conferencing. The company has also released its Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, including the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report. Shareholders as of July 24, 2026, will receive the documents electronically. The AGM agenda includes adopting the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for FY26. The Board proposes a final dividend of ₹3.60 per equity share, in addition to confirming two interim dividends of ₹2.40 each already paid for FY26. The re-appointment of Director Mr. Kapil Kapoor, who retires by rotation, will also be considered. Additionally, the appointment of Branch Auditors and fixing their remuneration for overseas branches is on the agenda.
