Info Edge Acquires 3.65% Stake in Aisle Network for Rs. 5.50 Crores

Info Edge (India) Ltd, through its wholly owned subsidiary Jeevansathi Internet Services Private Limited, has approved the acquisition of 1,279 equity shares of Aisle Network Private Limited, amounting to 3.65% of its paid up share capital. This secondary acquisition is for a consolidated consideration of Rs. 5.50 Crores, which will make Aisle a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. Aisle is a dating platform company, incorporated in 2014, with a turnover of 39.62 Crores in FY 2024-25. The acquisition is expected to be completed within 3 months from the approval.
