Info Edge Divests Stakes in Medcords, Unnati; Invests in Redstart Labs

Info Edge (India) Ltd announced board approval for several key strategic decisions. The company will divest its entire 14.18% stake in Medcords Healthcare Solutions Private Limited and its 31.64% stake in Unnati Online Private Limited through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Startup Investments (Holding) Limited. Provisions for impairment of these investments were previously booked. Additionally, Info Edge will invest approximately ₹150 crores in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Redstart Labs (India) Limited. The board also approved the reconstitution of the Audit Committee, inducting Mr. Naresh Chand Gupta as a member.
