Info Edge Invests ₹10 Cr in Wholly-Owned Subsidiary CodingNinjas

Info Edge (India) Ltd announced an investment of approximately ₹10 Crores in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sunrise Mentors Private Limited, also known as CodingNinjas. The investment, made on July 29, 2026, is intended to meet CodingNinjas' working capital requirements. CodingNinjas operates an e-learning platform focused on education. As of March 31, 2026, CodingNinjas reported a turnover of ₹97.43 Crores, with a net loss of ₹34.98 Crores and negative net worth. The transaction is considered a related party transaction as CodingNinjas is a wholly-owned subsidiary, but it is conducted on an arm's length basis. Info Edge already holds 100% stake in CodingNinjas. The acquisition of 18,725 equity shares at ₹5,340.23 each will ensure CodingNinjas remains a wholly-owned subsidiary. The deal is expected to be completed within 30 days.
