Infomedia Press Appoints Puneet Singhvi as Additional Director

Infomedia Press Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Puneet Singhvi as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent) effective August 21, 2026. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Singhvi, currently the Chief Strategy Officer at Network18, brings extensive experience in new initiatives, AI adoption, digital and broadcast product & tech, and business operations. He is not related to any existing director and is not debarred from holding a directorship. His appointment is subject to shareholder approval and he will be liable to retire by rotation.
