Infomedia Press Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in securities of the company by designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be effective from Thursday, January 1, 2026, and will end 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025, become generally available information. The date of the board meeting for consideration and declaration of the unaudited financial results will be intimated in due course.
