Infosys and ServiceNow Expand AI Collaboration to Revolutionize Service Delivery

Infosys, a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, has announced an expanded strategic collaboration with ServiceNow. The collaboration aims to accelerate the ServiceNow implementation for enterprises by almost 30 to 40 percent, delivering a comprehensive suite of services and solutions. Infosys will leverage ServiceNow's AI capabilities and its own ESM Café, an AI-powered plug-and-play solution, to offer more than 70 applications covering various modules and ServiceNow capabilities. This collaboration will help enterprises like First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) to drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous service improvement across their enterprise.
