Infosys Foundation Grants ₹147 Cr for PGIMER Mother & Child Centre

Infosys Foundation has committed over ₹147 crore towards critical medical equipment for the Advanced Mother and Child Centre (AMCC) at PGIMER, Chandigarh. Inaugurated by the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, the center aims to significantly reduce maternal and neonatal mortality rates and provide high-quality, affordable healthcare to low-income families. The AMCC is equipped with advanced facilities including NICU, operation theatres, and a human milk bank, and is expected to benefit over 25,000 pregnant women and newborns annually. This initiative aligns with Infosys Foundation's commitment to supporting transformative and inclusive healthcare initiatives.
