Infosys Invests INR 8.3 Crores in Healthcare Startup 4baseCare

Infosys Limited has agreed to invest INR 8.3 Crores (approximately US$ 1.0 million) in healthcare and life sciences startup, 4baseCare, as part of Infosys Innovation Fund. 4baseCare provides unique precision oncology solutions leveraging diverse genomic and clinical data. The investment is expected to be completed by December 31, 2024, and Infosys will hold a minority holding, not exceeding 20% of the outstanding share capital of the company. 4baseCare is based in Bengaluru, India, and is engaged in the development of cutting-edge precision oncology solutions using advanced genomics and next-gen digital health technology.
